Your children's happiness, comfort, and safety are the most important things to us.   

We've outlined below the most frequently asked questions but please feel free to contact us if we've missed anything.

 

Payment Terms

Deposit of £50 – returnable within 5 days of party collection if no damage to items.  Your initial deposit will be returned to you after your sleepover, providing there is no damage.

This deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid but need to change the date, we will be happy to re-arrange to another available date.

Once we have set up, the responsibility of the teepee's is with the client and any damage will be charged.

Can I host my party outside?

No. The Tents are not waterproof and can only be used indoors.

Do you stay and host the sleepover parties?

No. We come to your house, set up the sleepover party and then leave. We return the day after to collect everything.

Is there a minimum age for Little Teepees Sleepovers?

Yes. We cater for both girls and boys from the age of 4+ upwards as we only using indoor sleepovers. Please note that children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult which is normally the parents of the party host.

How are the tents cleaned?

We take great care in making sure everything is in pristine condition. After each use the tents covers are washed in sensitive washing liquid and mattresses and cushions cleaned and disinfected.

How long is the hire period?

 

Our set up is normally mid morning or mid afternoon depending on the number of parties booked

and we pack up and collect the following morning between 10.00am - midday, times to be arranged directly with each customer. It is generally no problem to extend the hire period when required but this will incur an additional cost.

 

Is the bedding and linen provided?

Yes, along with fitted sheets, duvet cover/blanket, pillow and duvet.

Is the bedding washed after ever use?

Yes. we take the hygiene of our bedding very seriously. All bedding is washed and/or disinfected after each use. All bedding is washed in anti-bacterial and non-biological detergents and fabric softeners.

 

Are the tents available to buy?

Not at the present time.

What kind of mattresses do you use?

We use flocked air mattresses. Size 76cm x 185cm. 

Do I need to supply power?

No. Our lights are battery powered.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

After confirming the date of your sleepover party you are required to pay a £50 holding deposit to complete your booking.

This deposit is paid back on collection of the hire equipment after inspection for damages. The Booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of your sleepover.

 

What happens if something gets damaged?

If items are damaged beyond repair the cost of the replacement item will be taken from your deposit.

When do I need to Pay?

Payment in full is due one week before the agreed date of the sleepover. We accept bank transfer or PayPal.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance. Please ask if you require a copy of our certificate.

How much room do I need?

Each tent is length 180cm x width 90cm x height 115cm. The overall approximate area required including the tray is 90cm width x 215cm length.

How long does it take to set up in your house?

On average our parties take about 1 hour to 90 minutes to set up. The exact time depends on the size of the parties. 

What areas do you cover?

We cover an area as per our delivery policy check our website.  5 miles from SW8. No problem if you're outside this area but there may be a small delivery charge.

 

 

The area should be cleared & clean for our arrival. We will not place our mattresses onto a dirty floor.
